Il Centro per l’arte contemporanea Luigi Pecci di Prato presenta The colour is bright the beauty is generous, la prima grande retrospettiva dell’artista taiwanese Michael Lin. La mostra è curata da Marco Bazzini, Direttore artistico del Centro Pecci, e Felix Schöber, in collaborazione con l’Atelier di architetti giapponesi Bow Wow.

DEDE - Dextrous Design

Foad Ashour and Aliki Rovithi formed this Athens based industrial design team called DEDE - Dextrous Design. They work together since 2007.
Between their ideas, I choose the slurp mug, for the humorous look and for the practical use. Ladle up the coffee!

Nownao - Seasons

Seasons by Nao Tamura, great poetic installation in Milano! Like a real leaf, this is a flexible and multi-purpose dish. Using the benefits of silicone, it rolls up for storage and can be used in oven or microwave.
Have a look at the designer's web site for other projects and also for the elegant graphic.

"In the land where I grew up, spring is the time when Japanese sweets come wrapped in cherry leaves.
In summer, a fiery ripe tomato is carved out for use as a serving container.
In autumn, fallen foliage from maple trees decorates the dinner table.
And the aroma of bamboo helps create the setting for winter." Nao Tamura
