NYC Park Avenue Penthouse | Soren Rose Studio



Designed by Soren Rose Studio in 2019, this 6,000 square foot Gramecy residence combines traditional Scandinavian design with industrial and cotemporary New York.
With remarkable elements like a dark verde alpi marble wall sourced from the same quarry that Mies Van der Rohe got his marble from for the original Barcelona Pavilion, this project is thoughtful to the core. It bridges past to present with easy elegance and reflects a deep appreciation for context and detail.
