My floreal coffee.

This coffee was so good! It's a cold espresso with a base of rose water and soft cream. I tasted it at Fuori Salone in Milano last week, offered from Lavazza. I want to try and make it following their recipe (Espresso Floreale).
Now I need to find some 'rose water' and some 'rose sugar crystals':)

ps:  THIS  was the kind of coffee used from the chef in Milano to make the recipe.
