Abbaye de Fontevraud, Hotel-Restaurant | Jouin Manku

Fontevraud Hotel and Restaurant - inside the Abbaye de Fontevraud - were recently restored and designed by Jouin Manku agency.
Reinvented spaces are unbelievably beautiful. The elegance of the ancient monastic buildings and noble materials contribute to a sense of peace in the heart of the Pays de la Loire.
Thoughtfully designed spaces, equipped with the latest technology, create a cosy environment where efficiency meets beauty. I specially love the hyggelig bedrooms.
The Royal Abbey of Fontevraud nestles in the heart of the Loire Valley between Touraine and Anjou. Founded in the 12th century, it was a monastery for over 700 years until it was transformed into a prison. Today, Fontevraud is home to an ambitious arts and cultural program around the theme of a contemporary « ideal » city.
