As promised, I prepared the second part of our weekend visiting Apuan Alps Park. (here the first part)
Up: Volegno and Pruno di Stazzema. We had a wonderful veg lunch (even if it's not a veg restaurant) at Locanda il Poveromo - Pruno - tel. 0584 777021.
After: caves on the route of Apuan Alps Park
"As a boat in the forest" is an italian sentence meaning "as a fish out of water".....It is also the title of a beautiful Italian book by Paola Mastrocoda - here.
....how delicious are figs!!
