up - Finnish brand Artek turns 80 and celebrates in Milan presenting two discoveries from the Alvar Aalto archives produced in a limited edition of 80 pieces each: an Experimental Wood Relief (1934) and the Maison Louis Carré Table (1958).
Artek also re-introduce the glass shade complementing the iconic TW003 light (honouring the 100th anniversary of Finnish designer Tapio Wirkkala) and presents the Kaari Collection, by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, as well as Alvar Aalto’s classic Tea Trolley in a contemporary reinterpretation by Hella Jongerius.
